Andrei Stepanovich Plakhov (born September 14, 1950 in Starokonstantinov, Kamenets-Podolsk region) - Russian film historian and film critic, PhD in art history since 1982, film columnist for the publication "Kommersant".
He is an active participant in the international film festival movement. From 2005 to 2010, he headed the International Federation of Film Press (FIPRESCI).
