Customer Support Specialist

Kontramarka.de is a ticket operator offering a wide range of events, including concerts, performances, shows and more. Our customers are lovers of vivid emotions and impressions, and we strive to provide them with the best service at every stage of their interaction with us.
Now it's time to strengthen our team with you in the role of Customer Support Specialist.
Main responsibilities:
  • Communicating promptly and courteously with customers via phone, email and online chat.
  • Advising customers on ticket purchases, exchanges and refunds.
  • Assisting with event access problems, technical issues or ordering errors.
  • Working with the order management system, making changes and checking order statuses.
  • Maintaining records of customer enquiries and providing feedback to the team.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to resolve complex or non-standard requests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and competent oral and written speech in Russian and German.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in stressful situations.
  • PC proficiency at the level of a confident user, knowledge of office programs
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
  • A desire to help people and the ability to find common ground with different types of customers.
