At the moment, only residents of Germany can use this service. In the near future we plan to expand the geography of ticket insurance, which, of course, we will inform our users about.

What is ticket insurance?

The insurance policy, which you can conclude on our website directly when ordering tickets, will allow you to receive monetary compensation in the event of a forced refusal to attend the event due to sudden illness, property losses and other insurance risks. By clicking on this link you can familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, as well as the full list of risks that are proposed to be insured (document in German).

How to conclude an insurance policy?

An insurance policy can only be concluded when placing an order. The corresponding option is available to you in the ticket basket as soon as you have filled out all your personal data. The insurance premium, which will be added to the total amount of the order, is also indicated there. Please note that this service is not provided separately.

Immediately after placing an order, in addition to emails from our service, you will receive a message from ERGO Reiseversicherung with a description of the insurance service and the conditions for its provision. Save them.

What to do if an insured event occurs?

If you are unable to attend the event due to an insurance claim, ERGO Reiseversicherung offers a simple and fast way to apply for reimbursement via the company website link below. Please prepare the following documents:

• Confirmation of the order of entrance tickets
• Insurance policy (received by separate email when placing an order)
• Entrance tickets in pdf format or photo of a paper ticket
• Confirmation of the insured event (for example, certified corona test, medical certificate, proof of property damage)
• Bank details for reimbursement
