Payment

One of the most important tasks when making a purchase on the Internet is an easy and familiar form of payment. After analyzing all the currently available forms of payment on the Internet, we have selected the most popular ones.

The agency "Kontramarka.de" offers a choice of the following payment options:

  • Vorkasse (Prepayment by bank transfer): After placing your order, you will be able to download our details, which must be used for the transfer. Also, our details will be in the invoice, which is sent automatically after placing an order to your email address. That is why pay special attention to the correct spelling of your email address, and also make sure that our letter does not end up in the Spam folder.
  • Sofortüberweisung: To use this payment method, your bank must offer the Online Banking option. When you select Sofortüberweisung, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung page, where you will need to use your login details in Online Banking, as well as authorize payment in the method required by your bank. This usually means using a unique TAN number. After completing the payment, you will be returned to our website. The use of Sofortüberweisung is free for the customer.
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): Payment by credit card is one of the most common on the Internet. Of course, we did not want to deny you, dear friends, this opportunity. Please pay special attention to the fact that we accept ONLY VISA and MasterCard cards for payment, and also that when paying by credit card, the system may ask you for an additional code as part of the so-called 3D-Secure protection. Some banks generate this code separately for each transaction; in other banks this code is static and is used every time. ATTENTION: if you are not sure if you have this code, we ask you to initially select a different payment method.
  • Apple Pay: It's Apple's convenient, secure, and private mobile payment system. It lets you instantly pay for purchases using your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac. Add your credit card to the Apple Wallet app and you can make purchases with Face ID, Touch ID or device code. Not only is it simple and fast, but it's also incredibly secure, because your financial data stays protected. With Apple Pay, you no longer have to search for your credit card and enter all your information manually - everything you need is already on your smartphone, tablet or macbook. (Does not work with non-Apple devices)
  • PayPal: If you have your own profile in the PayPal system, and you have “connected” your bank account or your credit card to it, then paying using this method will be as easy as shelling pears. After placing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website where you can make payment. After completing the payment, you will be returned to our website again. Please note that the availability of this payment method during checkout depends on many factors.
  • Cryptocurrency: Using cryptocurrencies to pay for purchases is becoming increasingly popular. The anonymity and security, fast and easy payments, and the absence of exchange rate problems with cross-border payments make them more attractive than traditional payment methods. That is why we decided to offer our clients this payment method. The payment service supports a large number of existing wallets, each of which offers you up to 10 different cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin, Ether, USDT and others) to pay for your order.

Are there any difficulties that may arise during payment?

We would not call it difficulties, however, during our work we have had to deal with a variety of, sometimes completely unforeseen, circumstances of this or that payment. Here are just a few cases:

  • Situation: Bank transfer without specifying the order number, the sender is not listed in our database.
    Conclusion: In this case, we cannot determine which order to credit the payment to and are forced to wait until the payer shows up.

  • Situation: When transferring, the sender forgets to pay for delivery.
    Conclusion: We usually contact the client and point out the error. It’s a shame if the client makes a mistake in the phone number and does not immediately respond to email.

  • Situation: One order is placed for several people and payment begins to come in parts from each.
    Conclusion: This is the worst nightmare (pardon the tautology) of accounting. If at the same time some senders did not indicate the order number, that’s it. Until the client himself shows up, it will not be possible to tie all the threads together.

  • Situation: When placing an order, PayPal payment was selected, but PayPal itself reports that the money has not been received and asks not to rush with sending.
    Conclusion: Apparently this happens if you have not connected your account to PayPal so that money is automatically withdrawn from your account. Usually such orders are never completed.

  • Situation: The payment via PayPal was completed, the tickets were sent, however, PayPal later reports suspicions that the payment was made using funds from illegal activities and blocks the payment for the duration of the investigation.
    Conclusion: A very unpleasant incident that happens consistently 1-2 times a year. We will definitely inform the client about the situation by sending a letter to his email address. If the situation occurred on the eve of the event, we are forced to inform our colleagues in the hall about it as well. They will decide on further actions. If there is still enough time before the event, we will wait for the results of the investigation. If the suspicions are confirmed, we will be forced to demand payment in other available ways.

Delivery

The issue of delivery plays one of the most important roles when ordering tickets. After all, each of us wants to know when our purchase will be in our hands. What can we say about those cases when tickets are not intended for us personally, but are bought as a gift...

The agency "Kontramarka.de" usually offers the following ticket delivery options to choose from:

  • Electronic ticket: This delivery method is often called an “electronic ticket”, although this is not entirely true. If you select the Print@home option, we will send tickets to your email in the form of a PDF file so that you can quickly and conveniently print tickets at home. This is the fastest method of delivering tickets, and usually takes from several minutes to several hours after payment is received. However, we draw your attention to the fact that emails tend to end up in spam, where they often go unnoticed. Therefore, be sure to check not only your mail, but also your spam. The cost of such delivery is no, free, nix costa :)
  • Registered letter (Einschreiben): In this case, delivery is carried out within 2-3 working days, it can be tracked thanks to a unique dispatch number, and the letter itself is insured, and in case of irretrievable loss, the German post office is responsible for it. We draw your attention to the fact that registered letters are delivered personally. You must sign for the letter. In rare cases, at the request of the client, or if we deem it reasonable, the letter may be delivered as a registered letter to the mailbox. In this case, the postman himself signs that the letter has been delivered the moment the letter arrives in the mailbox. The cost of a registered letter in Germany is 5 €. Cost to other countries may vary.

TIP: If you want to gift tickets to another person, choose delivery by registered mail. Believe me, it's worth it.

Can delivery take longer than stated above?

Unfortunately yes. This is due to some features of the field in which we work.

Firstly, organizers can start selling before shipping starts. This is a rare practice, but can be used especially in cases where the possibility of resale of tickets should be kept to a minimum.

Secondly, the organizers do not always hand over the sending of tickets entirely to the concert box office, but participate together with them in this process. This gives the organizers the greatest flexibility, however, it slows down the ticket delivery process. In any case, you can always contact us to find out about the current status of your order.

Return of tickets

Tickets will only be accepted back if the event is postponed/cancelled. We are forced to draw your attention to the fact that the right of refusal (Rücktrittsrechts), as well as the right of cancellation (Wiederrufsrecht) in the case of ordering entrance tickets to certain events in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 9 BGB is not valid.

If an event is canceled or postponed, we will notify you of this on the event page and on the Cancellations and Reschedules page. We also try to inform about changes by email to the email addresses of those who purchased tickets for this event. However, due to possible restrictions on the part of your email provider or other technical reasons, we cannot guarantee this.
