Musical mono-performance "It's Me. Edith Piaf" in Berlin 26 September 2026

She appears suddenly.

Alive. Unforgotten. Irresistible.

Edith Piaf returns to the stage.

In the unique monodrama "It's me. Edith Piaf" Berlin actress Anastasia Weimar resurrects the legendary singer with astonishing power, authenticity and inner truth. Her performance is so touching, vocally heartfelt and authentic that the audience gets the feeling of a personal meeting with Edith Piaf herself - close, vulnerable, passionate and immortal.

At the center of the performance is a direct dialogue with the audience.

On behalf of Edith Piaf Anastasia Vaimar speaks simply and sincerely, as if with friends. She talks about the life of a woman: about her difficult childhood, about love and loss, about loneliness and inner strength. This frank monologue gradually draws the audience into Piaf's fate, to the point where it begins to reflect their own story. It is this rare intimacy that makes the evening truly worthwhile.

The actress is accompanied by virtuoso pianist Andrei Diakov, whose subtle improvisations fill Piaf's eternal chansons with a new breath. Music and voice merge into a rich theatrical experience that stays in the memory for a long time.

This evening is more than theater.

It is a rare moment of truth.

A shining diamond of Berlin's theatrical life.
