For more than 80 years, Georgia’s legendary national ballet “Sukhishvili” has embodied artistry, inner strength, and boundless energy. The Georgian National Ballet “Sukhishvili” was founded in 1945 by Iliko and Nino Sukhishvili. Today, the ensemble is led by the third generation of the founding family. The founders’ grandchildren have preserved and further developed this unique artistic legacy, making “Sukhishvili” a symbol of Georgian art and cultural identity.
