In anticipation of Christmas and New Year's holidays! Maurice Maeterlinck's legendary play "The Blue Bird" in a new stage version! A magical fairy tale for adults and children that must be seen. Don't miss it!

A fairy-tale play that will take you to the world of miracles and give you a lot of emotions. "The Blue Bird" is a magical Christmas fairy tale-parable written by the famous Belgian playwright Maurice Maeterlinck 120 years ago. During its existence, this story of children who went in search of a mysterious creature has not only not lost its relevance, but has also become one of the iconic plays that have gone through many productions and adaptations.

The Bluebird, which will be seen in Vienna in December, is a new interpretation of the legendary work created by Sergei Sotnikov. In his work, the director tried to be guided by the statement of Konstantin Stanislavsky, who first staged the play on stage in 1908.

"Bluebird should be naive, simple, light, cheerful, cheerful and ghostly, like a child's dream and, at the same time, majestic", - wrote the legendary director.

It is this spirit of lightness and joy that the creators of the performance have tried to convey to the audience, offering a literary and musical version of Maeterlinck's immortal fairy tale. Not only fragments of the play, but also excerpts of classical works by famous composers will be performed.

In the main roles the audience will see the People's Artist Maria Mironova and the famous theater and film actress Maria Golubkina.

The audience is waiting for not just a unique theatrical action with original costumes and large-scale scenery. It will be an exciting journey into a world where magic and reality intertwine, where inanimate objects come to life, every creature has its own mystery, and every action is filled with symbolism. In this adventure full of surprises and dangers the heroes will search for answers to eternal questions about happiness and true love.

The whole family should attend the performance, because this production about eternal values can fascinate and unite several generations. Children will surely enjoy the fascinating journey, and adults will be able to take a fresh look at their ideas about happiness and the meaning of life.
