For the first time in Europe will be held a tour of the Israeli theater "Gesher" with a new production of "Beyond the Light". This is a rare Russian-language theater event of this level.
"Beyond the Light" - the story of an unexpected meeting of two people in a world assembled from the shards of former lives. She is a living, pulsating soul, a woman as if from another planet; he is a walking algorithm, gradually acquiring human features. Suddenly the roles are reversed, and where before there was chaos, there is a place of hope.
This is a subtle, ironic and profound reflection on human nature, loneliness and hope. The play is said to be tender, poignant and very modern - and yet one that is best not retold in advance. It is worth living it yourself.
The production has a wonderful creative team: the director of the play is Avdotya Smirnova, the play was written by Marina Stepnova, winner of the "Big Book" award, the playwright Olga Fedyanina participated in the work, and the scenography and costumes were created by the artist Ksenia Peretrukhina (scenographer of "Theater.doc", "Theater of Nations", "Theater on Taganka").
