Hayao Miyazaki’s legendary animated films have long since ceased to be mere cartoons—they are entire worlds filled with wonders, deep emotions, and, of course, unforgettable music. Now, the amazing soundtracks by Joe Hisaishi and other composers—featured in *Spirited Away*, *My Neighbor Totoro*, *Howl’s Moving Castle*, and other masterpieces—will take on a new, vibrant sound.

The music from Miyazaki’s universe is an art form in its own right. It has the power to transport the listener to the “Porco Rosso” airplane flying over the sea, to Baba’s cozy oven in *Kiki’s Delivery Service*, or to Yubaba’s mysterious bathhouses. The melodies are by turns tender and lyrical, then epic and full of drama, creating a unique emotional palette that both children and adults can feel so deeply.
