Captown & Eksi in Germany from 18 to 21 October 2026

In October, Captown and Eksi will embark on a European tour to present the live energy of the new wave of Russian-speaking hip-hop on the stages of several European cities. The tour includes five exclusive shows, where the audience will be treated to a powerful live performance by two artistic projects that are among the most prominent representatives of their scene today.

Eksi is one of the most promising artists of the new school, who is rapidly making a name for himself with his unique sound, expressive voice and recognizable style. His music combines modern hip-hop and rap instrumentals with a melodic delivery and personalized aesthetic that allows him to stand out amongst a multitude of artists. In a short time, Eksi has released a number of successful releases that have garnered hundreds of thousands and millions of listens on digital platforms and made it onto relevant playlists. Tracks by Chancellor, Balenci, Que pasa? as well as collaborations with new wave artists have greatly expanded his audience. With a steady release schedule, growing social media presence, and increasing streaming figures, Eksi is steadily solidifying his position as an artist with international potential.

Captown is one of the brightest and most influential associations of the new wave of Russian-speaking hip-hop. The collective was formed in 2018 in Astana and consists of Quantarskii Bluez, FortyGunz and Zaton - artists who have combined different musical influences into a recognizable and cohesive sound. The band's breakthrough came with the release of the "Illusion of Normalcy" EP, which garnered millions of listens and took CAPTOWN far beyond the local scene. Additional industry and listener attention was provided by collaborations with artists such as Lizer and L'One.

Further releases, including the album "Winamp" as well as the singles "Different Stuff" and "in da club", cemented the group's success, regularly hitting the charts and gaining a wide audience on streaming platforms. CAPTOWN actively cooperate with representatives of the new school and perform at major venues and festivals throughout the CIS.
