Play "3Schwestern3" in Berlin from 2 to 7 June 2024

On 2 June at the PAS space (Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee 101, 10553) and 7-8 June at the Holzmarkt space (Holzmarktstraße 25, 10243), the cross-genre performance 3Schwestern3 will take place. 

The dynamic and topical performance explores four stages painfully familiar to its creators - Euphoria, Denial, Sadness and Acceptance - in an attempt to visualise part of the cultural code of Russian emigration and immigration in general.

Why is this happening to us? How to find ourselves in a new country? What can we rely on and how can we overcome homesickness? The creators of the production have endeavoured to reflect all these complex questions, using Chekhov's texts and the atmosphere of a Berlin cabaret as allies.

The text, music, choreography, video and costumes are full participants in the action; they organically intertwine and complement each other, creating a unique picture and story.
