Slava Tolstoy and Rob Flax have been actively touring the USA for many years with various projects (International String Trio, Fyodor Chistyakov and Boom Chick Trio). Both are virtuosos on their instruments (guitar and violin) as well as singers with unique voice timbres. At their concerts you will hear songs in Russian and English - cheerful and sad, smart and crazy, as well as fresh arrangements of familiar melodies from all over the world. A good mood and a charge of energy are guaranteed!

• Slava Tolstoy is a guitarist, singer, foreigner; known for performances and recordings with Fedor Chistyakov (Zero) and Boris Pelekh (Gogol Bordello). He has toured the USA with his instrumental project "International String Trio". In 2021 Slava released the album "Songs About the Sea", his unique style can be described as melodic pop-rock with elements of jazz and classical, virtuoso solos and deep lyrics. From the very beginning of the war Slava took an active pro-Ukrainian stance: he participated in fundraisers and gave many concerts in support of Ukraine in different American cities, as well as in Berlin, Barcelona and Montreal. In the fall of 2022 he released the anti-war single and video "You're Out" which met with warm reception and reviews in music circles around the world (A. Troitsky, M. Kozyrev, Novaya Gazeta. Europe). A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA), Slava is comfortable in a variety of styles (gypsy jazz and classical, rock and ethnic music), and all of this is reflected in his songs. In April 2025 he was recognized by the Russian Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent.
• Rob Flax is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist, composer and educator. His rich palette of genres extends from classical and jazz violin to rock, bluegrass fiddle, bold blues improvisation, and beyond. He is also known for often using special effects like distortion and overdrive on the violin, making it start to sound like an electric guitar! Rob has performed nationally and internationally with bands of many different styles, including opening for B.B. King and Tower of Power. King and Tower of Power, played viola and violin with the Trans Siberian Orchestra and YouTube star Jacob Collier, double bass with the Argentine Tango Ensemble, mandolin and violin with various bluegrass bands, electric violin and synthesizers with Billy Wylder and several other rock bands, collaborated with modern dancers, and more. As a composer, Rob has written music for choreographers and films (including work on projects for James Franco and Anthony Bourdain).
