We did not bring up the topic of meat by chance, because we are inviting you to a meeting of a completely new type. The highlight of the program is the wonderful chef Ivan Shishkin, who is a former scientist, but there are no former scientists, so he continues to research continuously. And biologist Ilya Kolmanovsky, who also gives a lecture and explains scientific facts to us.
In our case, we will be researching meat and other animal products.
We often hear from doctors that we should consume as little animal food as possible and more plant food.
So we came up with this idea: what if we treated all such foods as super delicacies? Something we rarely eat, but since we do - we should turn this consumption into the most incredible adventure.
We'll be discussing the physics, chemistry, biology of finding these foods and, of course, the preparation.
This science cooking show is called "Fried Facts. How to Eat Meat." It is starting its world tour and will soon be in many cities!
