"Notes of a Madman "

Based on N. Gogol
Performed by Shovgi Huseynov, directed by Janet Selimova.

A small man and a big love that fell on him and ruined his life... As it is sung in an old romance: "He was a titular counselor, she is a general's daughter", and there is nothing to hope for. And madness comes as a way to escape from the unbearable reality, where social inequality is insurmountable ...
The remarkable actor Shovgi Huseynov portrays his hero as touching and defenseless. Gogol's classic work turns out to be consonant with the present time.

"Forgotten"

VIvAT theater group

The play "Forgotten" ("Die Vergessenen") is dedicated to the problem of identity of Germans from the former Soviet Union, who after the collapse of the USSR in the early 1990s (and also earlier) returned to their historical homeland - Germany, hoping to finally get rid of discrimination as a minority. The script is based on real events told and recorded by the immigrants, emigrants and late immigrants themselves. Playwright Anna Kunkel has created a fascinating play based on this, consisting of eight scenes.

The production seeks to show how everyday situations and conversations related to the migration history of Russian Germans sometimes lead to comical or sad situations and what traces they leave in the lives of the people affected. The question of identity comes up again and again in the play - and is ultimately passed on to the audience itself.

"Of Men and Planes"

Author Karine Khodikian's play

Any air travel that starts with packing a suitcase and ends with unpacking it some time later becomes an unforgettable experience, and if you are lucky - a new experience or a test... The author of the play Karine Khodikyan is obsessed with air travel. For her it is always an adventure. Hours-long encounters during flights or even near-emergency situations became the material of this original performance.

"Easy Acquaintance"

Romantic drama based on the play by V. Krasnogorov | Starring: Olga Sofrikova and Eugene Bognibov

A man and a woman get acquainted late at night in a hotel restaurant. It is difficult to understand who this strange stranger is... The man can't tell if she likes him or if she is playing with him....
This is a life story that has everything that life has: a little bit of fate intertwining, a little bit of love, a little bitterness of loneliness, a little bit of irony, a little bit of humor, and a little bit of hope. And all together it is a great sparkling cocktail, which you want to enjoy without taking your eyes off the stage for a second.

"The Magic of the Trombone"

Written and performed by Elias Feingersch.

"Posaunenzauber" ("Trombone Magic") is a musical solo show by Elias Feingersch, a multi-award winning trombonist and virtuoso who plays using live-loop machines (live loop recording). In this performance, Elias Feingersch simultaneously performs as a composer, musician, actor, clown and stand-up artist.

"Scorpio, or 'Ceremony'"

This is a love story between a man and a woman, with nicknames Scorpion and Crab, in the world of Spanish taverns and flamenco. It's a special world, and every flamenco performer has a stage nickname.
The little dancer Crab is killed because of a love triangle, and Scorpio grieves for her daily. Finally, he revives her - shows us her show to express his love for her.

José Antonio Lucía Casademún is the owner of a unique stage handwriting. His plasticity is mesmerizing and his dramatic expression is magnificent. This performance was applauded by audiences in many countries.

"TheNinth Planet"

Based on the play by A. Germash | directed by Alexander Mikhailov.
Starring: Alexander Mikhailov and Tatiana Khazanovskaya

Two people meet in a night park - she and he. It turns out that once long ago they have already met, and that they are participants of an incredible incident that has been going on for many years. And it must come to an end on this very night. But how?! The heroes will have to make a choice that will completely change their lives. Fantastic and reality, romantic dreams and ruthless analysis of the past, burning hatred and deep understanding - they will go through all this to come to an unexpected finale....
