The science show "About Bad" is not an admonition, but rather a collaborative exploration of how our brains have a relationship with fast food, sweets, and other pleasures of life. Everyone does it anyway, and kids especially. So, there's no point in banning (almost) anything for yourself and them. Better to do some experiments and try to scientifically observe how snickers takes our brain hostage in three ways and whether we can decide when, how much, how exactly and what we consume.
