RUSSIA'N'ROCKS Festival will be opened by the band DECEMBER, a bright representative of independent rock, whose live performances are incomparable to anything! Unrivaled drive and emotions, gorgeous sound and light show.
The band was formed in 1999 in St. Petersburg. During this time 9 records were released and more than 1000 concerts were played.

17:00 - 17:50 "BUTUSOV AND YU-PETER" BAND

Yu-Peter is a Russian rock band, "supergroup", founded in 2001 by Vyacheslav Butusov (former leader of Nautilus Pompilius) together with Yuri Kasparyan (former guitarist of Kino), Oleg Sakmarov (former member of Aquarium) and Evgeny Kulakov (former member of Wine and Nesterov's Loop). After the breakup of Nautilus in 1997, Vyacheslav Butusov performed solo for several years. At that time he became friends with Yuri Kasparyan, and together they recorded and released two albums. The band (still untitled) was presented on October 11, 2001, and in November, under the name "Yu-Peter", they recorded their first single Udarnaya lubov.

18:00 - 19:00 BAND "CHIZH & CO"

One musician said: "I don't really know what Russian rock is... There's Russian blues, for example, and that's Chizh." The phenomenon of Chizh and the reason for his longstanding popularity among different generations of listeners, his rare talent, professionalism, charisma and amazing sincerity - both at the concert and in communication with friends and fans. And also love. No matter what Sergey sings about, his songs are always about love: love for life, for the world around him, for people, for Woman. "I make love, not war", - sings Chizh, and one can't help but believe him.

19:15 -20:05 BAND "PICNIC"

PIKNIK! A TRUE LEGEND OF RUSSIAN ROCK! The music of this band has constantly progressed into a very original and unusual style, enriched by the use of keyboards, symphonic and exotic instruments. Goosebumps run just from one thought of what it will be like when the hall will be filled with magical images and spirits living in every song of the legendary band.

20:15 - 20:45 "VASYA OBLOMOV" GROUP

The youngest and the most extraordinary of all the participants of the festival is Vasya Oblomov. People really love Vasya. Because Vasya's creativity is the most witty reaction to the evil of the day. The intelligentsia loves Vasya for his subtle humor and active civic position. Vasya is also loved by frivolous youth and those who do not really listen to the lyrics - for the memorable, catchy, lively melodies. After all, even if you don't go into the lyrics, these songs rock by themselves. Shall we check?

21:00 - 23:00 BAND "DDT"

HEADLINER OF THE FESTIVAL! Exactly one year later DDT is back on the stage of Grugahalle with the presentation of NEW ALBUM, which release is scheduled for April-May 2014! Those who had a chance to visit DDT's concert in Essen and Berlin in 2013 will keep these bright moments in their memory for a long time, it really was a real rock revelation, an event and a milestone in the history of DDT band, and in the history of Russian rock music, perhaps, too. COME and let thousands of hands and thousands of hearts rise up again in a single impulse, let them beat in unison to the sounds of such favorite and painfully native songs of DDT
