Oleg Vinnik was born on July 6, 1973 in the village of Verbovka, Cherkassy region of the Ukrainian SSR at that time, and his childhood was spent in the village of Chervony Kut, Zhashkov district, where the family moved in 1976. He already at the age of 4 began to perform on stage, when together with his mother he attended Cherkassy UTOS.
The future singer was educated in Berezinskaya secondary school of Zhashkovsky district and there he began to play guitar in an amateur group. After graduating from school Oleg entered the college of culture in Kanev.
